Netflix's Sex Education: 10 Things That Must Happen In Season 2

1. Lily Finally Has Sex

Whilst writing alien erotica, Lily decided that she finally wants to experience sex for herself instead of just fantasising about it. She spends Season 1 trying to find someone to do it with – she doesn’t care who, just as long as they’re a human male.

However, Lily has some trouble choosing a mate – Eric, who is gay, and Otis who has anxiety surrounding sex. When she finally does find someone up for it, she experiences a problem she hadn’t prepared for – vaginismus, as explained to her by Otis.

Otis tries to comfort Lily, telling her: “I know it feels like everyone is doing it, but most of us aren’t yet. It’s not a race.” We need to see Lily stop rushing off to have sex, and wait until the time is right. Let’s just hope she finally finds the right time in Season 2.
