Ranking The Marvel Netflix Shows From Worst To Best

1. Daredevil

Jessica Jones
Netflix

The first show also happens to be the best show. Netflix's interpretation of Daredevil was hard hitting and adult oriented and immediately stood apart from the MCU's family friendly fare. Managing three whole seasons, Daredevil was not only a good superhero show but a great drama with fantastic action and brilliant performances.

Chief among them was Charlie Cox's reserved and intense take on Matt Murdock as he proved himself a fantastic lead character. Murdock doesn't have any super strength or accelerated healing to fall back on making his fights and struggles feel all the more impactful. Every blow is felt and the stakes feel particularly high and Cox is great at selling that sense of danger.

Just as good is Vincent D'Onofrio's take on Wilson Fisk who he imbues with layers making him one of the very best antagonists Marvel has ever put on screen. D'Onofrio's screen presence is commanding and dominant and he steals any scene he's in.

The aforementioned fight scenes are brutal and on more than one occasion are filmed entirely in one take. As a result the violence feels visceral and realistic and provides the best action across all the Marvel Netflix shows.

Daredevil raises the bar for superhero shows from its storytelling to its production and the MCU would be foolish not to integrate the cast with the rest of the cinematic characters if given the chance.
