18. Sierra McCoy

The former mayor of Riverdale, Sierra McCoy was known for her short temper, hiding the truth and reluctantly working with the Lodges. During her time in office, she usually showed up to either threaten Jughead Jones (who was investigating the mysteries that she didn't want investigated) or be threatened by Jughead Jones.

Like many of Riverdale's characters, the end of her somewhat antagonistic behavior resulted in Sierra becoming an ally of sorts for our young kids, using her law background to represent any of our beloved characters in need - but again, she doesn't get half the focus she used to and her sporadic appearances make it hard to follow what's actually happening in her life.

There was a lot of promise in her relationship with daughter Josie, but with the former singer of The Pussycats' departure on the horizon, are we about to bid Sierra farewell too?

Maybe it's time to develop her relationship with Tom Keller a little further...
