Riverdale: Ranking Every Character From Worst To Best

6. Cheryl Blossom

If there was one person who just couldn't be summed up by a single word, that person would undoubtedly be Cheryl Blossom. No, she would need a list - a very detailed one - to allow us to fully understand the enigma that she is, but on that list, there would be words like: Powerful, sassy, fierce, charismatic, unstoppable, erratic, electric and, oh yeah, impossible.

No doubt about it, Cheryl Blossom is a force to be reckoned with and if you cross her, hell hath no fury. A larger-than-life character if there were ever one, she has been involved in a number of central storylines over the years - most of which center on grief, heartbreak and the dark secrets of Thistle House.

Sometimes the writers can blur the line between eccentric and disturbing as they constantly revert her back to her one-dimensional caricature-like form instead of developing her character or exploring her issues, but it's certainly an experience watching her come to life.

A character that is constantly portrayed as antagonistic villain, she comes across as anything but, as both the fact that she always comes through for those she claims to loathe in the end and Madelaine Petsch's engaging (and deliciously over-the-top) performance makes it hard to do anything but root for her. Also, nobody on the show delivers one-liners quite like she does.
