Riverdale's resident Nancy Drew, Betty Cooper loves a good mystery just as much as her Holden Caulfield-inspired boyfriend Jughead Jones and has a knack for getting to the truth that would rival (if not eclipse) her own mother's.

Constantly underestimated by everyone (even her nearest and dearest), Betty started off her time on Riverdale as a quietly-affectionate girl hopelessly in love with her best friend (and next door neighbour) Archie Andrews. But it soon became clear that there was more to her than just her pretty girl image.

From solving the murder of Jason Blossom to bringing down The Farm, she has taken on the best and the deadliest that Riverdale has had to offer. And even though it's challenged her inner-darkness (and too often encouraged it), it has all forged her into a formidable detective and an even stronger character.
