Riverdale Season 3 Finale: What Does The Ending Really Mean?
2. Hiram Lodge Isn't Gone Just Yet
Hiram Lodge has been a thorn in the sides of just about every resident of Riverdale since he showed up back in Season 2. But when the mafia boss' own daughter, Veronica, turned on him and had him arrested by the FBI in last week's penultimate episode, it seemed like his two-year reign of terror was finally over. The finale, however, suggests otherwise.
After being absent for the majority of the episode, Hiram appeared in the closing moments as he worked out at the Lodge Pentitentiary - a scene that took place immediately after his wife, Hermione, was also arrested by the FBI. Upon hearing that his plan to frame her was successful, he grinned and claimed that Veronica had no idea what was coming.
Even behind bars, Hiram is still pulling all the strings and, now that Hermione is out of the way, he will undoubtedly turn his attention to his daughter to claim revenge for her betrayal.
Watch out V, Daddy's very angry.
