She-Hulk: Attorney At Law Episode Two Review - 7 Ups And 4 Downs

9. Down - Absolutely No Explanation For Titania

As said previously, the end of the first episode felt completely rushed thanks in part to the time constraints of a half an hour programme. The episode spent so much time focusing on Jen and Bruce in Mexico that it almost forgot that it had to introduce Titania before the credits rolled.

Jameela Jamil’s character rocked up by smashing through a brick wall, tried to hurt the jury, tried to hurt Jen, and basically got her butt kicked with minimal effort from She-Hulk. You would be forgiven for thinking that an explanation was coming in episode two, as there were no hints as to why she did what she did, or even what her name was.

'Superhuman Law' did offer that she was Titania, a superpowered influencer, but other than this there was nothing. Who actually is she, and why did she attack the courtroom last week? How is she superpowered and why does the world seem so relaxed about it?

The news segments that opened the episode quietly confirmed that Titania is in custody after the courtroom brawl, and that her lawyers are blaming her actions on low blood sugar, but even so, after two episodes fans are still just as in the dark about the series villain as they were before it started.
