Star Trek: 10 Things We Are Most Excited To See In Discovery S3

Star Trek Discovery Kolsha
CBS

Kenneth Mitchell, who is chasing the crown for most guest appearances in Star Trek, is returning to Discovery in season three. Fans may not recognise him though, as he has previously played exclusively Klingon characters. In the first season, he played the Klingon Kol, that character's father Kol-sha and the child of L'Rell and Tyler - Tenavik.

In the third season, he will be playing a human character, ditching the heavy make-up and allowing audiences to finally see what he looks like for real. Mitchell revealed that he has been battling ALS, which has now confined him to a wheelchair.

Despite this, he is continuing to add to the Star Trek mythos and we are very excited to see him return to our screens this year!
