Supernatural: 10 Spin-Offs We’d Love To See

4. The History Of Men Of Letters

Supernatural Bobby and Rufus
The CW

The Men of Letters is such a great concept, and it was a lot of fun to see Sam and Dean re-forge the organisation. However, while fans got to see the newly created version and the, let's say, less helpful British Men of Letters, they never got a chance to see how the organisation came into being. That's something that could change.

It's true that the mystery of Men of Letters' origin is part of the charm. Still, a period fantasy that showed how the "preceptors" became a unit and gathered all of their esoteric, arcane knowledge would be a blast.

One of the most appealing things about this spin-off concept is that there are plenty of grounds for creativity. The writers don't need to adhere to any specific characters or continuity. They could create their own original ideas, so long as they don't tread on the toes of the original series.

It's a perfect foundation for some high-class hunting. Plus, it could have a life of its own that's not too heavily connected to the original series, giving it the chance to deepen the lore well past even the depths of Hell itself.
