The Boys: 10 Insane Details You Definitely Missed
5. The X-Mansion
In The Boys' penultimate season one episode "The Self-Preservation Society," Homelander heads out to talk to Jonah Vogelbaum about Becca Butcher. Vogelbaum is shown living in a fancy mansion, having retired from Vought Industries.
For some eagle-eyed viewers, the mansion might look familiar, and there's good reason for that. The real-life mansion is called The Parkwood Estate, and is located in Canada. A popular filming spot for a number of classic Hollywood productions, the estate serves as the Xavier Institute in the original X-Men trilogy, as well as house that appears in Billy Madison (1995).
It has also appeared in The Umbrella Academy, Queer as Folk, Monk, the 12 Monkeys TV series and more, and the between big Hollywood projects can be rented out as fashion photography studio and a wedding venue. For lots of money, of course.
