One of the more obscure individuals on The Simpsons, Bumblebee Man has developed a reputation as a kind of a "cult" character within the show. Almost exclusively seen on Mexican TV, he's also one of the least developed reoccurring characters. He rarely appears, but when he does (usually in a rather contextless scenario), ardent Simpsons fans are usually pleased to see his "wacky" antics playing out. Why, though? His sole purpose is run around looking incredibly stressed out, normally whilst uttering the line: "Ay! Ay! Ay!" Now, that's not to say that one-dimensional comedy characters like this can't be funny (The Simpsons has plenty of them), just that Bumblebee Man - all things considered - isn't as hilarious as the collective fanbase seems to think he is.
