Appeared In: Seasons 5, 6, 8, 9 Last Seen: Informing Doggett and Reyes that Mulder and Scully had made it to New Mexico in the wake of the former's escape from imprisonment in the ninth season's finale. Why He Should Return: With the ability to read minds thanks to the alien DNA within him, Praise spent most of his appearances a wanted child, whether by the Syndicate or by the shape-shifting alien bounty hunter. After coming out of hiding to help Mulder at his trial, his ultimate fate was left up in the air, but it's hard not to wonder all these years later what the grown-up Praise is up to. With his alien DNA and his abilities, he'd be a valuable asset for Mulder to call upon, particularly if his telepathy has only grown stronger.
