4. He Once Wiped Out An Entire Crime Family
Jason Todd’s reckless attitude knows no bounds and perhaps one of the best examples of this were his actions in Hong Kong, where he crossed paths with multiple crime families. Instead of doing the heroic thing and apprehending them, he killed all of them. However, these actions would later have consequences as they kick-started a personal rivalry with the daughter of one specific crime lord, Suzie Su.
Upon his return to Hong Kong in Red Hood and The Outlaws, Jason is attacked and nearly killed by Suzie and her father's henchmen. The vigilante managed to fight back, opening fire on all of them, ultimately putting Suzie in a coma.
The saga would then continue when her father sent her to Gotham for medical attention and, when she fully recovered, she took the hospital’s children’s ward hostage and demanded to see her enemy. This led to one fateful final meeting as Red Hood showed up (alongside Arsenal and Starfire), freed the children and, upon finding out that Suzie’s one goal in life was destroy him, shot her in the head – ending the bizarre saga for good.
