"Hey! What a wonderful kind of day..." to talk about the beloved children's animated show Arthur.

Premiering on PBS in 1996 and running for a massive 253 episodes until 2022, Arthur gained a reputation for being one of the nicest, friendliest shows on TV, teaching kids everything they needed to know to make it through their young lives.

So, naturally, part of that education included seminal British sci-fi shows.

In 2019, an episode of the show aired called D.W. and Doctor Whosit, in which Arthur's little sister became obsessed with a TV show about an alien who travels in time in a mailbox and carries a radioactive spanner.

Wonder where they got that idea from.

The premise of the episode is that everyone has heard of Doctor Whosit except D.W., who is too young to watch. The population of Elwood City is shown to be enamored with the programme, and characters are even heard quoting one of its catchphrases, "Egad! The Doctor has flibbered!"

Wait a second... D.W. has the same initials as Doctor Who! Has Arthur's sister been a Time Lady this entire time?

The plot thickens.
