In fact, he cut a staggeringly emotive promo, one which reminded us all of his oft-overlooked mic skills. Well, not all of us. Only those who caught the Raw Fallout segment after the show had gone off air. Yes, Dolph's emotional, well-written, brilliantly performed promo was nothing more than a post-show exclusive, rendering the whole thing largely pointless. Why on earth isn't he given a chance to demonstrate this ability on the main broadcast anymore?
