Reeling from their loss, Dean Ambrose and Sami Zayn would remain in the ring. Meanwhile, Chris Jericho and Kevin Owens would be all smiles, heading up the ramp and feeling like they'd accomplished something special. That's when they would have their respective bluffs called by the good guys.

Grabbing the microphone, Zayn would say that he's sick and tired of Owens sneaking around to gain the upper hand on him. He wants KO one-on-one at Payback, which is a fitting title for their long-standing rivalry. Looking on, Ambrose wouldn't want to be upstaged by his babyface counterpart, so he too would snatch a mic.

Agreeing that both Owens and Jericho need smug smiles wiped from their faces, Ambrose would challenge Y2J to bring it at Payback. Straight away, the pay-per-view has a couple of big marquee bouts added to it, which can only aid the show overall.

It'd be much better to have these singles matches on pay-per-view, rather than throwing them away needlessly on free TV just for the sake of it.
