Black definitely remembers his early teenage years watching WCW.

Making a deal with his parents to get the TV set for just 30 minutes every Friday night, Aleister would promise to do his chores and help out around the house if he could only watch a little wrestling. His mother and father agreed, even letting their son sleep on the living room couch in order to see his heroes.

Edge found this hilarious, pointing out that Black had to effectively create a barter system with his parents to watch WCW. If it was WCW Pro, perhaps Aleister watched Edge's "Damon Striker" job to Meng in 1996?

Again, Holland didn't get much pro wrestling. It's fascinating to learn that the then-WWF didn't land on broadcast TV there for years, and even more interesting to hear that Black watched New Japan and WCW long before he was tuning into WWE.
