10 WWE Babyfaces You Forget Were Awesome Heels

8. Sheamus

Sheamus is a terrible babyface. He's the absolute worst, and at times he's more a heel than the people he's feuding with. When he clashed with Alberto Del Rio, he stole one of Del Rio's signature cars, took it for a joyride and implied that he actually did a poo in the near $200,000 sports car. His rivalry with Damien Sandow was less a feud, and more a weekly one-sided beating where Sandow's only offense was "being smart". It's almost as if Sheamus is actively campaigning to going back to be a heel. When he was a heel, he was awesome. He debuted in the dying days of WWE's ECW and feuded with Goldust before quickly jumping to Raw, where he retired Jamie Noble and Brouge Kicked the face off Jerry Lawler in Madison Square Garden. Less than two months later he defeated John Cena for his first WWE Championship, and from there went into a brief feud with Randy Orton before his biggest match yet at WrestleMania XXVI where he faced Triple H. With Brock Lesnar rarely appearing on Monday Night Raw, and talks of an apparent Randy Orton face-turn, there's never been a better time to turn Sheamus heel. Triple H has masterfully taken the internet's perception of him and added it to his on-screen persona, and much has been made of his real-life friendship with Sheamus. The Celtic Warrior would be an excellent addition to The Authority as one of Triple H's many contingency plans.
