10 WWE Superstars Who Could Debut (Or Return) The Night After WrestleMania 39

5. Matt Cardona

The star himself may have recently gone on record to claim that returning to World Wrestling Entertainment is "not (his) goal", but the fact Matt Cardona also followed that statement up with a comment of still unquestionably desiring another "WrestleMania Moment" or Madison Square Garden appearance provided yet another hint at his potential WWE future.

That, and wife Chelsea Green's recent return to the Sports Entertainment sphere, of course.

Should the reinvented independent star make his reportedly "imminent" return to his former workplace then, it would likely make all the sense in the world to unleash the one-time Zack Ryder in front of an always white hot post-Mania Raw crowd.

The star who has made headlines for his successful stints in GCW, Impact, and the NWA recently has been heavily linked to a WWE comeback ever since The Game settled into his place at the head of the main roster creative table.

And with Trips even being said to reportedly "100%" want Cardona back under WWE contract after seemingly admiring how the star has grown up in his time away from the company, all signs appear to be pointing to Cardona's WWE re-emergence... just don't expect him to be Woo-Woo-Woo-ing his way down the ramp this time around.
