20 Wrestlers You Totally Forgot Held WWE Championships

3. Bull Buchanan (Tag Team Champion)

Believe it or not, Bull Buchanan was actually under WWE employ for close to six years. He debuted as the Truth Commission’s “Recon” in June 1997, but the stable failed to last, and he was shunted back to developmental.

He returned as Bull Buchanan on a March 2000 episode of Heat. Working alongside the Big Boss Man, he found a home in the tag division, before splitting from his partner a few months later. A brief singles run followed, before Bull was one of the first wrestlers to become indoctrinated by Steven Richards and absorbed by the Right to Censor.

RTC were absolute heat magnets, and Bull and The Go(o)dfather were able to wrest the WWE Tag Team Championships from The Hardy Boyz in November 2000. Their reign wasn’t particularly memorable, however, and after a spell as John Cena’s sidekick in late 2002, Bull was released from his WWE contract in 2003.
