2. Another Short Divas Tag Match With Nobody To Root For

The peculiar booking of the WWE divas division continued with Alicia Fox teaming with Brie Bella against Naomi and Tamina. Nikki Bella was with "Team Bella" at ringside because she's been dealing with a shoulder injury, so it's smart to keep her out of the ring a bit. What's clear from watching these tag matches is that WWE really doesn't care in terms of developing these characters. The Bellas and Fox are heels that act like faces that sometimes get a reaction, but more often than not generate little to no response. Anybody could tell there was piped in crowd noise during this match. Team Bella got the win thanks to cheating. The good news is that after Battleground we should see Charlotte and Sasha Banks show up to help Paige, who is absent from Smackdown every week due to Tough Enough filming. Long term there might be a good payoff to the story because there might finally be some likeable divas on these show. It's just that for months now it's felt so repetitive and boring with this ongoing dominance of the Bella Twins.
