It's become abundantly clear that Raw's writers don't have a lot of ideas for Sasha Banks now that Charlotte Flair is property of SmackDown. Maybe they're just killing time until 'The Boss' inevitably turns heel. That's certainly how her mixed tag-team effort at Extreme Rules came across.

Teaming with Rich Swann to face the uneasy couple of Alicia Fox and Noam Dar, Banks looked like she was going through the motions for the first time in a long time. Let's hope WWE were paying attention to this, because Sasha hasn't progressed as a star in 2017. That's criminal, considering her Hell In A Cell win and immense popularity just last year.

This tag match was functional at best and would have been more at home on Main Event or Superstars. Worse, Bayley's 'Kendo Stick On A Pole' match with Alexa Bliss immediately afterwards only displayed how much better Sasha would be in that spot.

Banks needs a rethink, or a full-blown heel turn. She shouldn't be mired in comedic fluff like this.
