On paper, your writer wasn't particularly ecstatic about seeing Rohit Raju and Shera vs. Matt Cardona and Chelsea Green. The feud is a tad overdue a conclusion, Shera rarely delivers a performance bordering on good, and, perhaps most crucial, intergender wrestling has rarely been showcased positively in mainstream wrestling,

This was great, though.

The match followed actual intergender rules rather than mixed tag team match rules, in that Shera could Chokeslam Chelsea Green if he so wished. That was the only negative point from the match; the 'Indian Lion' refused to lay a finger on Green, receiving a slap and Radio Silence for his troubles. That sort of stigma can't play a part in these matches if they're to be fought as actual intergender matches. It simply doesn't work.

Rohit got the win for he and Shera, pouncing into Chelsea with a knee strike that she sold beautifully. That'll likely result in another match in the saga, as Cardona chased off Rohit for his actions, but nonetheless, the match worked, aided by its intergender rules. The finish was a particular highlight of the whole show, simply because it's something we rarely see in television wrestling.
