What, was the B-Team unavailable?

There’s no shortage of joke tag teams in WWE – the Colons, the B-Team, the Singh Brothers – but none of them got a shot at the Viking Raiders Monday night. Instead, the dominant duo defeated a jobber tandem, their fourth such Raw match out of the past five, with the fifth being a victory over Zack Ryder & Curt Hawkins.

Beating up jobbers is typically fine to establish a team, but we’re now four months after their call-up to the main roster, and the Raiders are simply hitting two much smaller guys with a couple power moves before pinning them. At least when they do something different or impressive, it’s understandable, but Monday’s match was as vanilla as possible.

Corey Graves covered for the dead silence as a hush falling over the crowd, but they were probably all at the snackbar. WWE needs to ratchet things up with Erik and Ivar. We’ve seen them destroy no-name wimps. It’s time for them to move up the ladder. Now.
