Ranking Every TNA/Impact Wrestling Heavyweight Champion From Worst To Best

23. Rob Van Dam

Rob Van Dam Tna World Title
TNA.com

At the time the biggest babyface TNA had, Rob Van Dam made good on a long absence from WWE to win what felt like his first "proper" World Title after the abbreviated dual WWE/ECW Champion run in 2006.

In reality, he was emblematic of the product changing too quick for its own good. His work couldn't match that former glory aura he was relying on from past times. Good but never great, Van Dam didn't even lose the title in the ring - a storyline attack provided the reason for him to vacate it before the biggest pay-per-view of the year.
