10 Best Wrestlers Of 2015 (Who Don't Work For WWE)
8. Young Bucks (NJPW/ROH/PWG)
Highlight of the Year: Defeating reDRagon and Time Splitters to win the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Titles (February 11). There are few wrestlers in the world as innovative or entertaining as Matt and Nick Jackson, The Young Bucks. Playing the roles of a couple of ultra-obnoxious wrestling smart marks, the acrobatic brothers litter their performances with 90s wrestling references, unnecessary flips, and tons of superkicks. It's post-modern wrestling perfection, and the result is a huge fan following on both sides of the Pacific. Though the brothers were unable to regain their lost Ring of Honor World Tag Team Titles in 2015, they captured the PWG World Tag Team Championship for a record-breaking fourth time. As one of the hottest acts on the indies, The Young Bucks have captured a slew of smaller promotions' championships as well. All in all, they've become accustomed to gold. Still, they do their best work in New Japan Pro Wrestling, making up an essential part of top heel stable Bullet Club. When not running interference for other members, the brothers dominate the junior heavyweight tag team division - they captured the titles twice this year and defeated just about every other pair of contenders.
