Two Title Matches Announced For Next Week's WWE Raw
Charlotte vs. Sasha Banks again!
Monday's Raw was a newsworthy show for a number of reasons, not the least of which was that two huge title matches were signed for next week's episode, which will air from Charlotte, North Carolina.
Raw Women's Champion Charlotte addressed the crowd on Raw to gloat about leading her team to victory at the Survivor Series, but she was interrupted by Sasha Banks. Banks reminded Charlotte that she was still owed a rematch for the championship, and she wanted it right then. Charlotte replied by agreeing to the match, but said that it wouldn't happen until next week. That way, in Charlotte's words, she could beat Banks in her own hometown, just like she beat Banks in Banks's hometown.
The other match scheduled will see The New Day defend their Raw Tag Team Titles against The Club. As The New Day closes in on Demolition's 478-day Tag Team Championship record (they're 21 days short of tying as of Tuesday), they're being tested more than ever. On Monday's Raw, they were forced to defend the belts against Sheamus and Cesaro, and only managed to squeak by with a win. Later on the show, The Club beat The Golden Truth to qualify for a title shot on next week's episode.
