7. Shawn Michaels vs. Chris Jericho - WrestleMania 19

The reason this one is here is because it was the first WrestleMania match for Shawn Michaels after missing five of them in a row with a major back injury. We figured he was done at WrestleMania 14. We were wrong. There was an awesome angle at the Royal Rumble where Jericho did a cheap attack against Michaels and even bloodied him with a chair shot before eliminating him. It was a cool way to set up the WrestleMania showdown. It wasn't the last time Michaels used the Rumble to set up a WrestleMania match either. More on that later. They told a great story with the heel Jericho talking about how Michaels was his favorite wrestler. He showed pictures of his early days in wrestling where he did all he could to emulate Michaels with his looks. Then, like all heels, he acted like a jerk towards his wrestling idol and got him to accept his WrestleMania challenge. It was another case where two wrestlers had to have an epic match to live up to the enormous hype and that's what these two did with Michaels earning the hard fought victory. It was no surprise considering they're two of the best wrestlers ever.
