WWE Hamilton Ontario Live - 10 Interesting Observations

2. The New Day And Cesaro/Tyson Kidd Will Be A Great Tag Team Feud

This was the highlight of the night. The New Day trio of Big E, Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods - the new WWE Tag Team Champions - are very entertaining while the crowd chanted "New Day Sucks" at them all night long. Prior to the match, Big E did a promo about how he wanted the fans to chant "New Day Rocks" for them. Of course that didn't end up happening as the crowd kept chanting "New Day Sucks." Cesaro and Tyson Kidd also got to do a promo before the match. They did an entertaining bit where they talked about how each of them thought New Day sucked, Natalya thought they sucked (she was in Halifax for a different WWE show), Bret Hart thought they sucked and of course the fans thought they sucked. They kept adding in "fact" as well. Then they led half the crowd to chant "New Day Sucks" and the other half to chant "Fact" and it did a good job of upsetting The New Day. The match was awesome. Kingston and Woods worked for The New Day while Big E was fantastic outside the ring trying to rile up the fans. The heels worked over Cesaro for much of it. Fans were chanting "We Want Tyson" for our fellow Canadian Kidd. When Kidd got in there, he was on fire. He hit an awesome dive outside the ring and when he teased a Sharpshooter the crowd went wild. Since the titles were on the line and they didn't want to do a title change, Big E went into the ring to attack, which led to the DQ finish. After the match, Cesaro did the Swing and Kidd did the dropkick as a way to make the fans happy despite the heels cheating. As long as they keep getting a chance to work together at live events, they're going to continue to build up that chemistry and when they have a longer match likely at Payback it's going to be fantastic. Tag Team wrestling in WWE is at a crossroads right now. These teams can certainly help get things back on track thanks to the talent they have.
