Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom - 9 Big Questions The Trailer Raises
3. What Is Dr. Wu's Role In The Film?
When B.D. Wong's Dr. Henry Wu was last seen on screen, he was being evacuated from the stricken theme park with several hybrid dinosaur embryos in his possession.
During the film, it was revealed that he was working in secret with the villainous Vic Hoskins on a project that involved weaponising hybrid dinos, and the ethicality of the research didn't seem to trouble him.
Wong is back for the sequel, but the specifics surrounding his role are up in the air. Will he continue his dubious research into hybrids either solo or for another organisation? Presumably Ingen will be under tremendous scrutiny after the incident at the theme park, so his position with them may be untenable.
The inclusion of Wu among the cast of characters does seem to suggest the subject of hybrid dinosaurs will be revisited in one way or other, but who he is working with could be pivotal to the story.
