WWE 2K24: 10 Things You NEED To Know Before You Buy

1. It’s The Best Game Of This Cycle

2K revived their fortunes with 2K22 and the devs haven’t looked back since. Last year's 2K23 was an improvement on the fresher formula, but 2K24 feels more like the culmination of their efforts that started a few years back. It's one of the best wrestling titles out of the box this wrestling video game lifer has ever played.

That's a bold statement, but a true one.

In short, whether you’re a returning hardcore or someone dipping a toe back in for the first time in years, you’re in for a treat. Again, the actual match-by-match gameplay is strong enough to keep you coming back, and all of the modes branch off into their own directions without 2K stretching itself too thin.

How about this for an illustration? If 2K20 was a bin fire match like The Undertaker vs. Goldberg from 2019, then 2K24 is a world class exhibition of happy memories like 'Taker vs. Shawn Michaels from WrestleMania XXV.

This isn't a wait for sale effort. It's a must-play gem.
