10 Copa America Players Newcastle Could Realistically Target

5. Roberto Firmino (Brazil)

Age: 23 Position: Attacking-Midfielder Club: 1899 Hoffenheim International Caps (Goals): 6 (3) Estimated Market Value: £10-18 million An attacking-midfielder with 49 goals from just 153 Hoffenheim appearances, Roberto Firmino is one of the hottest properties in the Bundesliga right now - with the likes of Manchester United and Liverpool reportedly tracking the Brazilian. The 23-year-old moved to Germany from Figueriense in 2010 and the midfielder has netted three goals in six Brazil appearances - as well as scoring 10 in 36 for Hoffenheim last season. Despite missing an open goal during Brazil's 1-0 defeat to Colombia in the Copa America, Firmino's talent is undoubted and his agent has already confirmed he will be moving to England this summer. It would be ambitious and would take a hefty fee, but Newcastle could secure a major coup if they decide to move early for Firmino this summer.
