10 Footballers Who Got Kicked Out Of The Dressing Room
7. Saido Berahino
Saido Berahino was at one time the hottest young prospect in English football.
Despite questions about his professionalism after a loan spell with Brentford was cut short due to arguments with the club's manager, Berahino had returned to parent club West Brom and in the 2013/14 season exploded onto the scene with an impressive 14 goals from 38 appearances in the Premier League.
The Burundi international's form would not go unnoticed, and the summer would see Berahino become embroiled in a transfer saga after he made clear that he wanted to depart for Tottenham Hotspur despite the team failing to meet the £25 million valuation for the youngster.
Clearly disgruntled at the move falling through, Berahino would later comment on Twitter that he would never again play for the club under its current ownership, and although he would eventually return to action he failed to rekindle the form that had earned him so many plaudits before leaving for Stoke the following year.
