3. Johnny Morrissey
Luis Suarez would be scooping up his dislodged teeth with a broken arm if he tried any of that biting malarkey on Evertons demon of a right-winger Johnny Morrissey. Graduating with honours from the same school of hardknocks era that produced the likes of Norman Bites Yer Legs Hunter, Billy Bremner, and Johnny Giles, Morrissey featured for Everton between 1962 and 1972 after joining the club from arch-rivals Liverpool, sold without Reds boss Bill Shaklees knowledge. Liverpools loss was Evertons gain because the wide man terrorised every full back who marked him, usually leaving a mark or two on them. He scored 50 times in 314 appearances during his decade at Goodison and helped the club to a league title in his first season.
