If you've followed MMA at all, you know his name. Andrei Arlovski is one of the last early-era legends of the heavyweight division. His battles with the likes of Tim Sylvia and Fedor Emelianenko are legendary. So too is his striking.

In fact, Arlovski would be a fair bit higher up this list had he not changed his style in recent years. The Arlovski of today is a fighter willing to go the distance, who sets a game plan and sticks to it. It has done wonders for his longevity: "The Pitbull" began his career in 1999, and is still going strong today. But while Arlovski hasn't been scoring knockouts of late, as recently as 2015 he had compiled an impressive string of them: Antonio Silva, Travis Browne, and Frank Mir.

It's even more impressive when you consider that Andrei Arlovski first won the UFC heavyweight championship all the way back in 2005, over a decade ago now. In the fight game, that's forever and a day.

How much longer The Pitbull goes is anyone's guess, but until he hangs the gloves up for good, the feared striker with 17 knockout wins will always be a threat to turn out an opponent's lights.
