Rating: £52.3million ($77.9million)

In a match billed as "Finally" due to the fact these two had skirted around each other for years, Holyfield claimed victory in one of the biggest upsets of all time - and in defeating Tyson to win the WBA title, he became the first man since Muhammad Ali to win a heavyweight belt three times (plus they attracted £52.3million worth of viewers as well).
