You have to go all the way back until December 2nd to find West Ham United's last away victory - and that should give Newcastle at least a tiny bit of confidence. On that day, more than six months ago, the Hammers beat West Bromwich Albion 2-1 at The Hawthorns thanks to goals from James Tomkins and former Magpie Kevin Nolan. In the 11 matches since, West Ham have lost six and drawn five, scoring just five but conceding 16. Hopefully Newcastle will capitalise on this atrocious away form - but Newcastle simply look incapable of beating anyone right now...
