A penalty from Hatem Ben Arfa and a fluke goal from Yoan Gouffran - courtesy of woeful QPR defending - helped the Magpies to turn around a game they had fallen behind in early thanks to Loic Remy's spot-kick. That 2-1 victory on May 12th, 2013, mathematically confirmed Newcastle's Premier League status for the following season.
