LeBron was drafted 1st overall by his hometown Cleveland Cavaliers in 2003. He was drafted out of high school and he was the most hyped prospect the league had seen since Michael Jordan. He was immediately dubbed the Chosen One by the Cleveland faithful and seemed destined to bring the city their first championship in decades.

However, the Cavs struggled to build a winning team around The King and he was forced to do everything by himself. He dragged the Cavs to the NBA Finals in 2007, where they were swept by Tim Duncan and the San Antonio Spurs. After years of disappointment and failure from the front office, LeBron announced he was taking his talents to South Beach via a Vitamin Water sponsored press conference called "The Decision."

In Miami, LeBron and his Big Three made the NBA Finals four straight times and brought the Larry O'Brien trophy home twice. Then, in 2014, out of nowhere, LeBron left Miami and returned home to Cleveland, where he won his third NBA Championship in 2016. The NBA world waits with bated breath to see if he'll jump ship a third time in 2018, when he's rumored to leave The Land for Los Angeles.
