Kevin Durant was drafted 2nd overall by the then Seattle SuperSonics in 2007. Stylistically, Durant is a unicorn. He's seven feet tall, but plays like a shooting guard. He's a member of the 50-40-90 Club and he is arguably the most efficient volume score in NBA history. Some people worried he wouldn't succeed in the NBA with his rail thin frame, but he's proved them all wrong, rising into exalted company shared only by LeBron James.

Alongside Russell Westbrook, Kevin Durant turned fledgling Oklahoma City Thunder into a powerhouse contender, making them one of the most dangerous small market teams in the Association. However, as Westbrook began to find his talents as a ball dominant, constant triple-double threat, Durant was alienated and decided to look elsewhere in his quest to win a ring.

In a move that enraged most NBA fans, Durant joined the Golden State Warriors, a 73 win team that had blown a 3-1 lead to LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA Finals. The immediate aftermath saw the Warriors stroll back to the Finals and crush the Cavs in five games, with Durant winning Finals MVP. Now, the NBA may be looking at its newest dynasty.
