6. Philadelphia Eagles
It's a new era in Philadelphia, with new head coach Chip Kelly and it looks as if he found his new quarterback to take Michael Vick's place. The Eagles traded up in the fourth round to land USC's Matt Barkley and will eventually be the Eagles future quarterback. By taking Barkley, that all but eliminated them from pursuing Tebow, and Kelly spoke as to why they are not interested in him.
In this league you need to be able to throw the football, and thats the first skill set that were looking for, Kelly said Saturday, via Frank. Repetitive accuracy is the No. 1 quality were looking for.
Some felt that Barkley's skill set wasn't a fit in Philadelphia, yet they made him a priority on Day 3 of the NFL Draft. Mostly because Barkley can actually throw with some consistency. While Tebow, can not.
