Mario Balotelli arrived at Manchester City in 2010 from Inter Milan and while he enjoyed a reasonably-successful stay at the club - scoring 20 goals in 54 total appearances and winning the Premier League in 2012, off-field problems may well have left him feeling as though he wished he'd stayed in Italy. Balotelli was embroiled in a series of controversies that included throwing a dart at a City youth team player, setting off fireworks from the bathroom in his Manchester apartment and, more notably, getting involved in a furious shoving match with former manager Roberto Mancini. Of the latter incident, Balotelli was scolded by Mancini for a late lunge on winger Scott Sinclair during training, with the Sky Blues boss ordering the striker off the pitch. Balotelli refused, and the two were caught on camera pushing and shoving each other in ignominious scenes that tarnished the club's reputation and ultimately wound up with Balotelli's sale to AC Milan after just three seasons at the Etihad.
