Mattia Destro is a player Spurs were linked with for much of the summer - along with big clubs like Chelsea and Real Madrid - and he's a player they should definitely consider going back in for in January. The striker is valued at 25 million by Roma which, in todays market, isn't expensive for someone who undoubtedly has a knack for finding the back of the net. Destro scored 13 goals in 20 appearances for Roma last season a goal ratio better than any of Spurs' current strikers and, with only the temperamental Emmanuel Adebayor, Spanish flop Roberto Soldado and youngster Harry Kane on their books, Spurs striking options would get a major boost with Destros arrival. He has yet to score in Serie A this season, but he has only played in one of Roma's two games - both of which they have won - and he has appeared for Italian in their Euro 2016 qualifying campaign opener. The 23 year old has seven caps for his country, in which he has scored one goal against Malta in his countrys 2014 FIFA World Cup qualification campaign and he is certainly one for the future.
