10 Players You Completely Forgot Played For Manchester United
3. Wilfried Zaha
Another one that didn't happen too long ago, but given Zaha's ability and value to Crystal Palace at the moment, it's easy to forget he was once a Man United player.
Zaha never got into the swing of things at Old Trafford and quickly fell out with manager David Moyes, as rumours spread quickly online surrounding the winger's apparent relations with the daughter of his manager.
A loan spell with Cardiff City would follow before Moyes was sacked by United, with Zaha then going on to seal a move back to Palace on a permanent basis.
While Palace can be credited with developing and giving Zaha the chances to showcase his talent on a regular basis, there can be an argument made that his short time at United will have left its mark on him.
Playing for United with the expectation and pressure that comes with the honour will no doubt have stuck with Zaha, and he's clearly used his failure for the club as motivation to improve year on year.
He remained put this summer, but it would be no surprise to see Zaha on his way to a club the size of United in the not too distant future.
