20-year-old Uruguayan Rodrigo Bentancur is one of the latest young South American exports to start making waves in Europe. He moved to Italian giants Juventus at the start of last season and appeared 20 times for The Old Lady, as well as appearing 6 times for Uruguay in the last year.

A very hard-working player, Bentancur has mostly been used in a defensive role during his career so far but he has all of the skills needed to play further up the pitch and contribute to his team's attacking moves, and it's easy to see him developing into an accomplished complete midfielder in the years to come.

Uruguay have been lacking midfield talent in recent years but Bentancur could become a big player for his nation, and it'll all start in Russia. Blessed with clever passing skills and the ability to control games and make plays from a deep position, astute football fans should definitely be keeping an eye on Rodrigo Bentancur.
