A recurring nightmare of Newcastle United supporters is watching Phil Brown 'sing' "This is the best trip I've ever been on" out on the KC Stadium pitch back on May 24th, 2009. The then-Hull City boss, who originates from the North East, was celebrating keeping his side in the Premier League - at the expense of Newcastle United. The Tigers finished on 35 points, while Newcastle went down on just 34 - the last time the Magpies were relegated. There is a very real possibility of Hull surviving at the expense of Newcastle once more - and Toon supporters surely cannot imagine anything worse than having to watch ex-Sunderland boss Steve Bruce perform a Phil Brown-esque rendition on the KC Stadium pitch should the Tigers stay up once more...
