10 Summer Premier League Signings We Won't See The Best Of Until Next Season

7. Dominic Solanke - Liverpool

At only 19 years of age, the signing of Solanke by Liverpool is definitely with an eye on the future. But manager Jurgen Klopp is clearly a fan and may fast-track his development.

By choosing to send Belgium international Divock Origi on loan, Klopp has opened a space in his squad for the teenage striker, who left Chelsea on a free transfer after deciding that his route to the starting XI was blocked by their hesitation to promote youth.

Opportunity knocks far greater for youngsters at Anfield. He will likely have to settle for a place on the bench for much of this season, but a year of hard work with Klopp on the training pitch will tee him up nicely to break into the first team next season.
