10. Soa Palelei
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iqm1Ag_deyI Soa Palelei has an interesting back story in terms of his current UFC stint. His most recent run in the UFC has seen him go 3-1 in the promotion, losing only to the high level wrestling of rising prospect Josh Rosholt. Prior to that he was on an eleven fight win streak - all finishes. That's sick. Most fighters would love to have a streak like that, but with all finishes? It's almost unheard of. Before that? Lets go back to Palelei's debut. He went pro in 2002, and by 2004 managed to land a fight in the legendary Pride promotion in Japan at Pride 28 after a seven fight win streak. He lost the Pride bout, marking the first loss of his career - and wouldn't fight again professionally for almost three years. He returned to action in a King of the Cage event in his native Australia and then made the jump to the UFC - where he was one and done in a loss to Eddie Sanchez in 2007. Once again he would be out of the cage for a long stretch, almost a year and a half this time. He would pick up two more wins upon his return in 2009, then lose to an unknown, undefeated prospect named Daniel Cormier in 2010. He didn't loose again until the Rosholt loss. Palelei can dish it out, and has been in some wars since. With only four losses over upwards of a decade, and over twenty wins, you know he's a tough guy.
