1. Zakaria Bakkali - PSV
Belgium seem to have a production line of outstanding young footballers at the moment and Zakaria Bakkali is perhaps the newest one off the line. A 17 year old winger/striker playing his football in the Eredivisie for PSV, the past week has been somewhat of a lifechanging one for Bakkali as he has made huge strides with his career in just four games. Bakkali - who was a product of the Standard Liege youth academy - has managed to earn himself a call up to Marc Wilmots' Belgium squad for next Wednesday's friendly with France after his performances in his first four competitive games. Bakkali first of all hit the headlines by putting away an outstanding volley against Zulte Waregem in a Champions League qualifier. Which you can see here. He then followed this up with a hat-trick in PSV's 5-0 mauling of NEC on Saturday night. The standard of his play and the composure of his finishes has shocked many, who are still reeling that a 17 year old player could pull off a hat-trick of this quality so early in his professional career it has made people take notice. His performances have earned him the award of goal.com's world player of the week. As Goal Netherlands' Seran van Gemert explains, the Standard Liege academy product's sensational exploits not only wrote his place in the history books they have catapulted the youngster into the shopping window of teams eagerly looking for fresh talent in the transfer window. So that sums up the 10 players Premier league Clubs should be looking at and what a way to end. I would love to see Bakkali get snapped up and given a chance to torment Premier League defences. What do you all think of the 10 players mentioned, do you think they could add something to your team's squad? I know there are a lot more great young players around the world too, so feel free to discuss any others you would love to see in the Premier League too.
