10 World Footballers Premier League Clubs Should Sign This Summer

The future of 19-year-old goalkeeping whizz Gianluigi Donnarumma appeared to be secured by AC Milan last summer when, after fans threw a load of cash at him on the pitch, the club did exactly the same across the negotiating table.

But contracts mean very little in football these days, and with Milan's rebuilding project now looking dead in the water - their owners, despite spending big last summer, are now said to be in financial trouble - he could look to move again when this campaign wraps up.

A switch to Turin, and the opportunity to replace his namesake Buffon in the Juventus goal, sounds like the most natural solution here, but after incurring the wrath of Milan ultras once before, he may favour a move away from Italy instead.

Two Premier League heavyweights could be on the lookout for a new 'keeper this summer. The first is Liverpool, who have been struggling for two years to nail down a first-choice stopper, and the latter is Chelsea, whose current one number Thibaut Courtois is reportedly angling for a move back to Spain.
